切削液对切削残余应力分布影响的实验研究

摘  要: 在分析切削液通过机械效应和热效应对工件加工表面残余应力产生作用的基础上,采用自来水和水性、油性、乳性切削液对45钢进行车削,对试样产生的残余应力和干车削试样比较,观察不同切削液对加工残余应力的影响特点。实验结果表明切削液可以降低残余拉应力或者增大残余压应力,作用效果和切削液冷却及润滑性能有关,同时受切削条件的限制;使用切削液有利于改善工件切削表面残余应力状态,可以把对残余应力的影响能力作为切削液性能评估内容。 Cutting fluids affect the surface heating effect and mechanical effect and so it has influence on the machined surface residual stress. 45 steel is turning in water, oil, emulsion and synthetic fluids state for different turning processing, and then their residual stress are compared with sample by dry turning to realize the impact effect on machined surface residual stress by cuttingfluids. The experimental results show that cuttingfluid can reduce the residual tensile stress or increase the residual compressive stress, and the effects is related with cutting liquid cooling and lubrication performance, and it is limited by cutting condition at same time; cutting fluid is good for the fatigue life of workpiece, and influence of residual stress by cutting fluid shall be considered as its performance evaluation content.
