摘　　要： 运用SBM方向性距离函数对2005—2010年中国31个省市公共教育支出的效率进行评价,并运用Bootstrap方法对影响公共教育支出效率的外部环境因素进行实证分析。主要结论:东部地区公共教育支出效率最优,中部次之,西部最后;研究生教育毕业生数是影响公共教育支出效率的最主要因素,中等职业教育毕业生数与本专科毕业生数的影响也较为明显;在外部环境影响因素中,经济增长和城镇化推动了地方公共教育支出效率,而过高的国有产业结构则阻碍效率的提高。 SBM directional distance function is applied to estimate the efficiency of public educational expense including 31 local governments in China during 2005-2010, and Bootstrap method is employed to an- alyze environmental factors impacting the public educational expense empirically. There are some results as follows ： in terms of the efficiency of public educational expense, the east area is the best, and the middle ar- ea is better than the west area. The number of graduate is the main source to impact the efficiency of public educational expense. The impacts from the secondary education and the junior and undergraduate are signifi- cant. Regarding environmental factors, economy development and urbanization promote the efficiency, while state-owned industry obstructs the development.
