摘 要: 构建医药制造业技术创新能力评价指标体系,采取数据挖掘方法(基于密度的聚类算法)定量评价医药制造业技术创新能力,特别分析广东省医药制造业技术创新能力.结论如下:2011年广东医药制造业技术创新能力排名第4,其中投入能力排名第4,产出能力排名第5,支持环境排名第1. This paper designs evaluation index systems of technological innovation capability of medical and pharmaceutical manufacturing industry and uses data mining system with DBSCAN algorithm to evaluate them, particularly analyzes technological innovation ability of medical and pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in Guangdong. The results of comparing nationally are listed as follows. As for technological innovation capability of medical and pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, Guangdong ranks fourth; with devotion capability, Guangdong ranks fourth; with output capability, Guangdong ranks fifth; with supporting surroundings, Guang- dong ranks first in 2011.
