摘 要: 文章针对强化研磨加工过程中喷射压力对轴承套圈表面硬度的影响进行了初步研究,通过保持喷头直径、工件转数、喷嘴与套圈表面距离、加工时间等加工参数不变,改变喷射压力的大小,测量不同喷射压力下套圈的硬度值并进行对比实验.实验结果表明,通过强化研磨加工轴承套圈,可以有效地提高套圈的硬度,从而达到强化的目的. This paper conducts a preliminary study of the influence of different injecting pressure experts upon surface hardness of bearing ring during strengthening and polishing processing. All other things being equal, measuring hardness value of bearing rings under different injecting pressure and comparing the experiment data. The results show that : the hardness of the bearing ring can be effectively improved after strengthening and polis- hing processing. As a result, the goal of strengthening the surface of bearing ring is reached.
