摘　　要： 吴经熊留学欧美,结识了霍姆斯、庞德、施塔姆勒等世界顶级法学大师,汲取了法社会学理论。吴经熊回国后,大力传播法社会学思想。他并不停留于浅显译介,而是力图创新,终于在心理法学、法律多元论和法律三度论等方面取得突破。在吴经熊等法学家影响下,法社会学思想在国内受到推崇,渐渐汇成一股潮流。 John C.H.Wu studied at US and Europe,and had a profound understanding of American and European sociological jurisprudence through top jurists as Holmes,Pound,Geny,Stammler,Cardozo,etc.After going back to China,John C.H.Wu spread sociological jurisprudence through his essays.John C.H.Wu not only introduced the knowledge by translation,but made some innovation at the theories of psychological jurisprudence,law pluralism and three dimensions of law.Through John C.H.Wu＇s influence,sociological jurisprudence was highly praised,and became popular in China.
