摘 要: 承压堵漏过程中,堵漏材料进入缝内形成致密的封堵体,封隔井内压力与缝内压力之间的压力传播。利用达西定律和泊肃叶方程分别分析了缝内封堵体区域和缝内其他区域的压力分布;给出了堵漏材料承压封堵过程中诱导裂缝止裂的必要条件。通过缝宽与颗粒粒径比值和颗粒体积百分比雷诺数2个无量纲参数,可以建立堵漏材料封堵裂缝的封堵条件,堵漏材料的粒径和浓度需满足封堵条件曲线的下方区域才会形成稳定封堵体。承压堵漏效果不仅取决于堵漏材料的特性,还受到诱导裂缝性质的影响。因此,控制诱导裂缝性漏失中堵漏材料的优选需紧密结合诱导裂缝的特征。 Mud loss occurring through induced fractures in drilling operation is a common type of lost circulation.The key of controlling this type mud loss is to plug and seal the induced fractures by adding the lost circulation materials into the drilling fluid. The lost circulation materials will enter into the induced fractures and form a tight,low permeability plugging bridge gradually. This tight bridge prevent the pressure transmission between the wellbore pressure and fracture pressure.The pressure gradient within the plugging can be got by using Darcy's law,while pressure drop outside the plugging zone is obtained from the Poiseulle equation.The condition of preventing induced fractures propagation is analysed by considering the plugging within the induced fracture.The plugging conditions of lost circulation materials can be determined by using two dimensionless parameters,which are slot size-to-particle size ratio and particle volume fraction Reynolds number,respectively.The particle size and concentration of lost circulation materials should fall into the region below the plugging condition curve to form the plugging.The plugging effect of lost circulation materials not only depends on the materials characteristics,but also may be influenced by the properties of induced fracture.Therefore,the controlling of induced fracture loss should consider the properties of induced fracture while selecting the lost circulation materials.
