护理实训实验室实行开放管理对实习上岗前护理专业学生自主学习准备度的影响

摘  要: 目的探讨护理实训室开放管理对实习上岗前护生自主学习准备度的影响。方法随机抽取2011级护理专科1班学生65人作为研究对象,在护理实训室实施开放管理的情况下,对护生实习上岗前进行技能培训。并对护理实训室开放管理的效果进行评价。以实训室开放管理前后2次护理专业学生自主学习准备度的测评情况为评价标准;测评数据进行统计学处理。结果护理实训室实施开放管理前后比较,护理实习生自主学习准备度量表各维度得分及总分差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),实施开放管理后,护理专业学生自主学习准备度明显提高。结论护理临床实习是整个护理教育的重要阶段,实训室开放管理可有效促使护生自主学习准备度的提高,顺利完成学业。 Objective To investigate the effect on opening management of nursing practical training laboratory for autonomous learning readiness of nursing students before practical working. Methods 65 nursing students in class 1 of grade 2011 were randomly selected as the object of study.The skills training of the nursing students before practical working were implemented under opening management of nursing practical training laboratory. And the effect of opening management of nursing practical training laboratory were evaluated. The autonomous learning readiness of nursing students before and after opening management of nursing practical training laboratory were as the evaluation criteria. The measurement data were used statistical processing. Results The comparison on before and after opening management of nursing practical training laboratory showed that every indicator score and total score of autonomous learning readiness scale in nursing trainees had both very significant difference(P 〈: O.05),the autonomous learning readiness of nursing students improved significantly after the implementation of opening management. Conclusion The clinical nursing practice is an important stage of the entire nursing education, the opening management of nursing practical training laboratory can effectively promote the improvement of autonomous learning readiness of nursing students and the successful completion of their studies.
