摘 要: 提出食品专业实验教学采取四阶段教学法:专业基础实验阶段、综合类及设计类实验阶段、高峰体验课程实验阶段和服务性学习课程实验阶段。并介绍4个阶段实验教学创新思维培养的实施方法。 It was put forward that experimental teaching of food specialty should take a four-stage method: specialty foundational experiment stage,comprehensive and design experiment stage,peakexperience course experiment stage and serviceability experimental curriculum experiment stage,and the implementation method of innovative thinking training of the four-stage experiment teaching has been introduced.
