芝麻化感效应的释放途径研究
Allelopathic effects of the different allelochemical pathways of sesame extracts

摘  要: 在室内以滤纸为载体用离体生测方法测定芝麻茎叶淋溶液、根系分泌液及残体腐解液对受体种子萝卜、黄瓜的化感效应。结果表明不同化感物质释放途径的芝麻浸提液对3种受体种子的发芽率具有抑用,其中对黄瓜抑制作用最强,平均发芽率为65%;但芝麻的茎叶淋溶、根系分泌和残体腐解液均促进了受苗的根长、苗高和鲜重。不同化感物质释放途径的芝麻浸提液并未对受体幼苗产生抑制作用,相反促进了生长,表现出低促的化感效应。 The allelopathic effects of shoot leachates, root exudates and decomposition from sesame (Sesamum indicum) on rape (Brassica campestris), radish (Raphanus sativus) and cucumber(Cucumis sativus), were tested in petri dishes in laboratory. The results showed that different allelochemical pathways of sesame extracts inhibited the germination rate on three receptor plants obviously. The strongest inhibition of cucumber was that the average germination rate of 65~. However, the improvement of root length, seeding height and fresh weight were better by extracting from sesame than by control. And different alleloehemical pathways of sesame extracts.stimulated significantly three receptor plants growth. The low concentration of allelochemical may also play an important role.
