摘　　要： 结合实际以一条中欧航线为例,利用随机规划方法,建立船舶调度优化模型,求得最优调度方案,并对其进行敏感度分析。结果表明,该船舶调度模型能够很好地降低船公司的集装箱运输成本,并提出合理的调度方案,为船公司经营策略提供一定的决策支持。 In this paper, in the case of the Sino-Euro route, we used the stochastic programming method to establish the optimized vessel dispatching model, obtained the optimal dispatching plan and had a sensitivity analysis on it. The result indicated that this model could effectively reduce the cost of containerized transportation of the ship-owning companies and yield reasonable dispatching plans.
