摘 要: 以旅游景点和旅行社构成的二级旅游供应链为研究对象,通过构建数学模型分析需求旺季时旅游景点如何调整对旅行社的价格折扣来优化整条供应链的利润。在此基础上,讨论数量限购情况下旅行社如何通过调整价格改变市场需求量来确定最优订购量,并分析旅游景点的最优限购数量和最优的门票市场价格,有效地协调旅游供应链上各方利益,实现供应链总体利润最大化。通过算例的分析也进一步验证了模型的有效性和可行性,为旅游供应链的协调运作提供了理论基础。 In this paper, we studied the coordination problem of a two-stage tourism supply chain consisting of one tourist attraction spot and one travel agency. First, we established a mathematic model to analyze how during the peak season the tourist attract spot should adjust the price discount of the travel agency to optimize the profit of the whole supply chain, on the basis of which, we discussed in the event of purchasing quantity limitation the travel agency should determine the optimal order quantity through adjusting price to change market demand, and analyzed the optimal quantity limitation and ticket price which could maximize the total profit of the supply chain. At the end, through a numerical analysis we further tested the effectiveness and feasibility of the model.
