摘　　要： 论述了物流成本管理对我国企业发展的重要性,分析了物流成本的构成以及物流成本中存在的问题,并对此提出了改进的措施,在一定程度上解决了物流成本管理的问题。 In this paper, we introduced the importance of logistics cost management for the development of the Chinese enterprises, analyzed the composition of logistics cost and the problem existing therein and then proposed the corresponding improvement measures.
