摘 要: 针对西安地铁车辆转向架构架,从模拟计算上得到构架关键部位的等效应力。参照UIC规程对构架的静强度和疲劳强度进行了评定,最终确定其是否满足强度要求。计算结果表明,构架各关键点计算的等效应力小于其材料的许用应力,为工业生产的安全性提供了理论参考依据。 The equivalent stress at key positions of Xi'an Metro bogie frame is obtained by using simulation analysis. The evaluation of static strength and fatigue strength is car- ried out in term of UIC specification to determine whether they could meet the strength requirements. The results show that the key points of the calculated frame of the equivalent stress is less than allowable stress of the material, and thus could provide a theoretical foundation for the safety of industrial production.
