微波烧结制备铁酸铋陶瓷的介电性和铁电性

摘  要: 采用微波烧结法制备铁酸铋多铁陶瓷,研究了微波烧结时间对其显微结构、介电性和铁电性的影响。结果表明:在4kW下烧结35~40min制备出基本为纯相的铁酸铋陶瓷;随烧结时间增加,铁酸铋陶瓷结构越来越致密,晶粒尺寸有一定程度增大;在-10—90℃范围内,介质损耗随烧结时间增加而增大;随微波烧结时间增加,剩余极化强度增大,而矫顽场强先增加后减小,且铁电性具有明显的频率依赖性;铁酸铋陶瓷的漏电流随微波烧结时间增加而减小,这是结构致密化的结果。 Multiferroic bismuth ferrite ceramics were fabricated via microwave sintering. The effects of microwave sintering time on microstructure, dielectric and ferroelectric properties of bismuth ferrite ceramics have been investigated. There is basically single-phase bismuth ferrite ceramics sintered at 4 kW for 35 -40 min. As the microwave sintering time increases, the structure of the sample becomes denser and the grain size increases. The dielectric loss increases with increasing of microwave sintering time in the temperature range of - 10 - 90 ℃. As the microwave sintering time increases, the remnant polarization increases, and the coercive electric field firstly increases and then decreases. There is strong frequency dependence of ferroelectricity for bismuth ferrite ceramics. The remnant polarization and the coercive electric field decrease simultaneously as frequency increases. The leakage current decreases with the increasing of microwave sintering time. It is due to densification of structure.
