摘　　要： 活的非可培养(Viable but nonculturable,VBNC)状态是细菌在不良条件下的一种特殊生存方式。处于这种状态的细菌仍具有致病性,能够通过动物肠道复苏而致病,但采用常规培养方法不能被检测出来,造成VBNC状态菌的漏检,对公共卫生和人类生命健康构成巨大的威胁。因此,对VBNC状态菌的研究、检测有着重要的意义。该研究介绍了细菌进入VBNC状态的诱导因素、生物学特性、检测方法的最新进展。 The viable but non-culturable（VBNC） is a state that bacteria remain alive under nutrient poor and /or stressed environment.Bacteria under this state can be resuscitated and cause some diseases,but can’t be detected by routine methods.So VBNC has drawn much attention among microbiologist.The VBNC state of bacteria was introduced from aspects of inducing factors,biological characteristics,and detecting methods.
