摘 要: 提出了一种持久 /蠕变载荷谱计算机程序统计模型 ,并编写了相应的程序。首先对飞行载荷谱进行平滑处理 ,再进行载荷状态的识别 ,然后进行任务混和 ,从而获得发动机的持久 /蠕变载荷谱。利用该程序对某发动机的持久 /蠕变载荷谱进行了编制 ,获得了 5 31种载荷状态 ,并确定了典型状态。统计实践表明 ,该方法快速实用 。 A computer model for dealing with endurance/creep loading spectrum of aeroengine is presented. After smoothing the flight loading spectrum, the endurance/creep loading states can be judged. The value of one of four parameters at current time being not equal the one at last time means a new loading state coming. Then the endurance/creep loading spectrum is obtained with flight mission mixture considered. The statistical results show this method is effective and valuable. Using the computer program developed in this paper, an engine endurance/creep loading spectrum is dealt and 531 loading states are obtained. The typical loading state which occupies 26.35% of the total flight time is: n = 9 000~10 000 r/min, T 4 *=400~450℃,h=4 000~4 400 m ,v =600~700 km/h。
