摘　　要： 食用菌工厂化的节能已成为食用菌工厂化生产中日益受到重视的研究内容,通过对一大型食用菌工厂进行节能措施的设计与研究,利用冷却塔水环热泵系统、蒸发式冷凝空调系统及排风冷热量回收系统施行节能生产设计。经计算,综合运用3种节能系统,可为厂家带来超过25%的节能效果。 Energy saving technique had attracted increasing attention in the field of mushroom industrial production. In this pa- per, a cooling tower water loop heat pump system, a evaporative condenser system and a rows of air - cooled heat recovery system were introduced and adjusted to adapt the mushroom cultivation line in a large scale mushroom industrial farm. 25% of energy conservation was summed up compaired with the old system through a theoretical calculation.
