摘 要: 现代互联电网运行方式灵活多变,对继电保护的要求越来越高。为了使继电保护定值校核和管理更加科学有效,提出了考虑保护重要度的继电保护定值在线校核。首先将风险评估理论和电网连锁故障风险相结合,得出系统综合风险并将其用于衡量各保护的重要度;然后根据重要度从高到低的顺序对所有保护定值进行在线校核。通过IEEE39节点系统的仿真和算法复杂度的分析,验证了该方法的可行性和正确性,避免了传统随机校核各保护定值带来的不足,对提高电力系统的安全稳定运行有着重要意义。 The operation mode of modem interconnected power grid is very flexible, which requires high level of relay protection. To make the verification and management of relay protection setting more scientific and effective, an on- line verification of relay protection setting considering protection importance is presented. First, obtain system compre- hensive risk (combining risk assessment theory with grid cascading failure risks) and use it to measure the importance of all protections. Then, verify protection settings online in order of protection importance from high to low. The simula- tion of IEEE39-bus system and the analysis of the algorithm complexity prove the method feasible and correct, which not only avoids the shortage of traditionally random setting check, but also has great significance to improve the securi- ty and stability of power system.
