爆炸喷涂Cr_3C_2-NiCr涂层及其在连铸辊上的应用

摘  要: 基于高温、高湿、磨损等综合作用将导致连铸辊的失效 ,采用气体爆炸喷涂工艺制备了以Ni Cr为底层、Cr3C2 - Ni Cr为表层 ,厚约 0 .3mm的涂层 .该涂层致密度高 ,不仅与基体材料有着高的结合强度 ,同时具有很好的抗热冲击性、高温抗氧化性与耐磨性 .该工艺加工的连铸辊在宝钢炼钢厂连铸机上使用 70 0 0炉后 ,涂层表面未发生明显变化 ,而未加工连铸辊在 3740炉后 ,表面均已出现明显裂纹 ,并有部分辊子因裂纹超过检修标准而不得不下线修复 .研究结果表明 。 The combination effect of high temperature,high moisture and wear usually makes conticaster rolls out of work.Anticorrosion and wear- resistant coatings are believed to be the key technology to pro- tect rolls.In this paper,Cr3C2 - Ni Cr coating was deposited on the steel used for conticaster rolls by gas detonation spraying with~ 0 .3mm thickness.The experimental results show that the processed Cr3C2 - Ni Cr coating is dense with good bonding to substrate as well as high resistance to thermal shock,high temperature corrosion and wear.Five rolls coated with Cr3C2 - Ni Cr detonation coating were used for more than70 0 0 heats in a steelmaking plant of Bao Steel Company.The result of the on- site inspection shows that no changes are detected on the surface of the coated ones compared with the original features which are used continuously.However,there are many cracks formed on the surface of the uncoated rolls,some of which had to be repaired after3740 heats.
