摘 要: 运用空间统计方法对中国2007—2011年科技创新活动的空间分布问题进行研究,结果表明:总体来看,我国科技创新活动存在显著的空间正相关关系,但科技创新活动的空间分布极不均衡,基本形成了在创新集群上的"核心-外围"格局,在东部尤其是长三角地区形成了较强的空间集聚效应。政府在制定科技创新政策时,应以区域经济一体化发展为契机,大力推进各省区间的联合研发,共建研发平台和创新支撑平台,积极构建跨区域产学研联系互动机制,强化省域间科技创新活动的集聚和协同效应。 By using spatial statistical methods, this paper studies the spatial distribution of science and technology innovation activities in China from 2007 to 2011. The following conclusions can be drawn : in the overall, there is significant positive spatial correlation in the science and technology innovation activities in our country, but the spatial distribution of China' s science and technology innovation activities is out of balance, as a result, the core - periphery spatial pattern of Innovation Cluster is formed, there are substantial agglomeration - effects in the eastern region especially in the Yangtze River delta. At last, this paper suggests that local governments should take measures to strengthen the agglomeration and synergy effects of science and technology innovation activities among the different provinces.
