摘 要: 通过正交试验法优化了气体爆炸喷涂工艺 ,对制备的Cr3C2 NiCr涂层的显微组织和部分性能进行观察和分析 ,并对其磨损率进行测定 ,发现该涂层具有很好的高温耐磨性。试用结果表明 ,该工艺制备的涂层可延长连铸辊的使用寿命一倍以上。 The suitable technical parameters for gas detonation spraying were obtained by the orthogonal test method.The microstructure and partial properties of the processed Cr 3C 2-NiCr coating were examined and its wearing rate was measured.It was found that the coating had a high resistance to high temperature wear,the results of on-site inspection showed that the coating could double the life of conticaster roll.
