甘蔗收割机旋转刀盘减振装置设计研究

摘  要: 目前甘蔗收获机的切割机构都采用圆盘切割器,为了减少甘蔗的破头率和提高工作效率,需要提高甘蔗器刀盘工作速度和增加刀盘上刀片数目,然而由此将导致的负面影响是:(1)甘蔗切割器的阻力矩加大;(2)切割器轴的扭振幅值加大;(3)减小了刀盘系统工作寿命。为了消除这种负面影响,提出了设计含阻尼弹性减振器的甘蔗切割器旋转刀盘的解决方案。建立普通旋转刀盘力学模型和含阻尼弹性减振器旋转刀盘力学模型,通过数值方法计算了阻尼弹性减振器的减振效果。研究结果表明:安装减振装置后,轴的最大扭振幅值由4.5°减少为0.8°,减振效果明显。并且根据数值计算的结果设计了结构简单、加工方便的含橡胶减振器甘蔗切割器旋转刀盘。 The disc cutter is widely used in the sugarcane harvester. In order to reduce broken biennial root rate and improve the working efficiency, the cutter speed and the number of blades on the cutter should be increased. However this will lead to the following negative impacts: ①increasing the resistance torque;②increasing the torsional vibration magnitude of the sugarcane cutter; ③reducing the operation life of cutter system. Hence, the solution of the design of sugarcane harvest rotating cutter containing tuning damper is proposed firstly. The mechanical model of the common rotating cutter and the model of rotating cutter containing tuning damper with damping are established and the damping effect of the latter is analyzed by numerical calculation. The results show that: the maximum torsional vibration magnitude of the shaft reduced from 4.5°to 0.8° after damping device is installed and the effect is so obvious. And the sugarcane harvester rotating cutter with rubber damper that is simple and easy manufacturing is designed based on the numerical calculation results.
