摘　　要： 加快推进中国城镇化进程,是中国政府全面建成小康社会的重要战略任务。在实现这一战略任务的动态过程中,住房保障是影响中国城镇化进程不可忽视的政策变量。为全面评价住房保障对中国城镇化进程的影响效能,文章依据中国的相关面板数据,运用数据包络分析法(DEA),对住房保障影响中国城镇化进程的整体效能与区域效能进行了实证分析,发现随着中国保障性住房建设的不断加快,住房保障对中国城镇化进程产生了明显的推动效应,在区域分布上的影响效应呈现出明显的差异性。 Accelerating the process of urbanization in China is an important strategic task for Chinese gov- ernment to build the well-off society. In the dynamic process of achieving this strategic task, the housing Security acts an important policy variable which can affect the process of urbanization in China. For the purpose of evaluating the affect performance about the housing Security to the process of urbanization in China, this paper is based on panel data of China and using data envelopment analysis （DEA） to conduct empirical analysis of the housing Security how to affect the process of urbanization in China which includes the overall performance analysis and the regional performance analysis. The result showed that with the affordable housing construction continuing to accelerate, the housing Security has produced a significant promotion effect to the process of urbanization in China, and showed significant differences of the impact on the regional distribution.
