摘 要: 为监测进境冻畜禽产品中受产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBL)大肠埃希茵污染的情况,采用ESBL显色平板初筛结合Vitek2compact确证及药敏测试的方法,经过与美国临床实验室标准化研究所(CLSI)推荐方法(M100-S22)进行比对,并且通过对249份进境冻畜禽产品进行了检测。结果表明,采用的方法与CLSI推荐方法相比,具有快速、准确、操作简便和特异性好等优点,有良好的推广价值。同时,经检测获得产ESBL大肠埃希茵18株,占样品总量的7.23%。所获菌株对氨苄西林、头孢唑啉和头孢曲松高度耐药,多重耐药率为16.67%~38.89%,为检验检疫部门评估进境冻畜产品中受产ESBL大肠埃希菌污染的情况提供了科学数据。 To investigate the prevalence and distribution of drug-resistant of Escherichia coli with ESBL in imported livestock and poultry products, preliminary screening test and confirmatory test metheds recom- mended by CLSI and the chromID ESBL, VITEK 2 Compact were used to detect 249 imported livestock and poultry product samples, among which 18 consecutive Escherichia coli isolates producing the extend- ed-spectrum β-lactamases (ESBL) were collected, accounting for 7.23%. These strains were resistant to ampicillin, cefazolin and ceftriaxone, and showed multi-drug resistance with rates ranging from 16.67%- 38.89%. The chorm ID ESBL and Vitek2 compact systems demonstrated adequate performance to be used for the ESBL screening, as a rapid,accurate, convenient, special method. And this study will provide scien- tific data for inspection and quarantine department to evaluate the Escherichia coli with extended-spectrumβ-1actamases in imported livestock products.
