摘　　要： 对我国规范体育赛事的法律法规进行梳理,探讨大型体育赛事的立法需求。通过对北京奥运立法方式、立法效果、立法成就与欠缺之处的评析,提出大型体育赛事相关立法的建议:依法立法,避免立法重复、立法冲突和立法腐败;体育赛事立法既要注重特殊性又要兼顾一般性;既注重临时性立法又要发挥法制规范的长效机制;以立法为起点构建司法、执法和知法、守法的法治体系,确保法律效力的实现;建立和完善立法效果评估制度。 In this paper, measures for legislation of major sports events were proposed through study of legislative effects, achievements and weaknesses of legislation of Beijing Olympic Games. Firstly, legislation by law was pre- requisite so that repetitive, conflict or corrupted legislation could be avoided. Secondly, it should be taken into con- sideration that legislation of major sports events had its unique features. Thirdly, temporary legislation as well as long-term mechanism should be included. Fourthly, judicial system should embrace legislative, executive and judi- cial power to ensure the force of law. Last but not the least, legislative assessment system should be established and perfected.
