摘 要: 采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定草木灰样品中金属元素的含量。草木灰样品经干燥后,采用水浸取和用浓硝酸-过氧化氢的混合酸体系湿法消解两种处理方法,利用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定了Ca、Cu、Fe、Mn、Ni、Zn、Cd、Mg、Pb的含量,并建立了各金属元素的标准工作曲线方程。结果表明:草木灰中金属元素含量丰富,不同植物金属元素含量不同。草木灰中含有较多的常量元素、微量元素和一定量的有害元素,用草木灰水来做食品黄粄存在不安全性。该方法操作简便、快速、灵敏度高,适合测定草木灰样品中的金属元素含量。 The content of metal elements in plant ash samples was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry.Plant ash samples were dried,handled in two ways from the flooding and wet digestion with concentrated nitric acid-hydrogen peroxide mixed acid system,using flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry Ca,Cu,Fe,Mn,Ni,Zn,Cd,Mg,Pb content,and the establishment of the metal elements of the standard curve equation.Abundant metallic element in the plant ash had different plant metal elements.Plant ash contained more major elements,trace elements and a certain amount of harmful elements.The plant ash water used to made food yellow sticky rice cake was unsafe.The method was simple and convenient,fast,high sensitivity,suitable for determining the content of metal elements in the plant ash samples.
