摘　　要： 开展校内实验室之间比对与实验技能专题培训相结合的活动,是高校验证实验室能力、规范实验室管理、提升实验室检测水平和加强实验技术队伍建设的一种有效措施。文章介绍了中山大学在此方面的一些做法和体会。 Carrying out interIaboratory comparisons in colleges and universities, combined with specific training for experimental skills, is an effective way to test the laboratory proficiency, standardize laboratory management, improve laboratory testing level and strengthen laboratory technician teams＇ construction. Through discussion, this paper introduces the measures and experience carried out in Sun Yat-sen University.
