摘 要: 随着全球化竞争越来越激烈,近年来国内企业开始从内部研发的传统形式转向技术创新的合作研发,技术联盟已经成为我国企业获取竞争优势、发展机会和有效利用外部资源的一种重要手段。本文尝试运用共生模型研究横向技术联盟的竞合关系,分析了盟主-成员型和同质型技术联盟的共生模式及其稳定性条件,以及两种形式技术联盟形成的竞合临界条件。研究结果表明:对于盟主-成员型技术联盟而言,盟主企业对成员企业产出水平的贡献相对较大,当且仅当一方对另一方的贡献程度达到一定的临界条件时,它们才会从竞争走向联盟合作;而对于同质型技术联盟而言,共生企业相互之间的产出贡献都不会太大,企业间结成技术联盟的竞合临界条件也较低,但由于同质企业在技术联盟内面临的竞争较为激烈,它们的合作也往往是不稳定的。最后,本文结合实际例子对模型结论进行解释。 With the increasingly fierce global competition,domestic enterprises begin to shift from the traditional form of internal RD to external cooperation in research and development of technological innovation.Technology Alliance has become an important means for China's enterprises to gain competitive advantage,opportunities and effective use of external resources.This paper attempts to study the competitive and cooperative relations of horizontal technology alliance,by using symbiotic model to analysis the stable conditions of chief-members type and homogeneous type of technology alliances,and critical condition between competition and cooperation.Our study show that: as for leader-members type technology alliances,the contribution of the leader enterprises to the member enterprises on the level of output is relatively large,only when one party to the other party's contribution reaches the critical conditions,they will change from competition to cooperation,however,as for homogeneous type technology alliances,symbiotic contribution between enterprises is not too large,and the critical condition between competition to cooperation is low,furthermore,as the competition that the homogeneous enterprises face is more intense,their cooperation is often unstable.Finally,we give practical examples to explain the model conclusions.
