摘 要: 基于东道国母公司角度建立文化控制、管理创新和组织绩效的理论模型,使用结构方程模型的方法对相关假设进行实证检验。结果表明,文化控制和管理创新以及管理创新和组织绩效之间的假设获得支持,文化控制和组织绩效之间的假设没有获得支持。 The study builds a model including culture control, management innovation and organizational performance based on the view of host country parent firm. The paper tests the hypothesis using structural equation model. It proves that culture control has positive direct impact on management innovation while the direct effect of culture control on organization al performance is not statistically significant; management innovation has positive direct impact on organizational perform ance. The results put forward some suggestions for IJV control and management innovation.
