摘　　要： 在分析"2011计划"的核心内容和对首批批准的协同创新中心共同特点分析的基础上,结合中山大学在组建协同创新中心中心过程中的体会,提出做好"2011计划"协同创新中心培育组建的若干思考,以期为高校组建和培育"2011计划"协同创新中心提供参考。 Based on the analysis of the core content of ＂2011 plan＂ and the common characteristics of collaborative inno vation center approved in the first batch, and combined with the experience of collaborative innovation center which is under forming in Sun Yat Sen University, the paper puts forward several suggestions to cultivate and conduct ＂2011 plan＂ col laborative innovation center, in order to provide reference of conducting and cultivating for the ＂2011 plan＂ collaborative innovation center.
