摘 要: 针对LED扩展光源自由曲面设计,提出一种基于等差数列的新型反馈修正方法。该方法按照等差数列的分布形式更改光源网格的划分,以改变各网格对应的光通量,进而改变目标面的照度分布,与各种误差的积累对模型的影响相抵消,最终实现预期的照度均匀分布。以实现花瓣状照度分布LED透镜为例,发现利用该方法设计过程简单,并且可获得高照明均匀度(92.3%),高光效(91.3%)。 A new feedback optimization design method based on arithmetic sequence is proposed in this paper to design free-form optical systems for an extended LED source. In this method, the division of the mesh grids of the light source and the target surface are changeable in accordance with the distribution form of arithmetic sequence to change the illuminance distribution of the target surface, so that can cancel out the impact of a variety of errors accumulation on the modes and eventually achieve the desired illumination uniformity distribution. Taken LED lens designed by this method as an example, we find that the design process is simple and can achieve high regional illuminance uniformity (92.3%) and high light output efficiency (91.3%).
