摘 要: 本文以我国珠三角地区企业的数据为基础,将国际市场知识作为中介变量,分析社会资本对于新创企业国际化活动的影响。分析显示,国际市场知识对于新创企业国际化的经济绩效和结构绩效都具有显著影响,而社会资本则是新创企业国际市场知识的关键来源,其中基于企业家个人网络的社会资本尤其重要。国际市场知识的中介效应是社会资本影响新创企业国际化绩效的主导机制。 Based on data of enterprises around the Pearl River Delta, this paper analyzes how social capital affects the internationalizing performance of new ventures by using international market knowledge as the mediator variable. The result shows that international market knowledge has a positive effect on the internationalizing performance of new ventures. It is also shown that social capital is the crucial source of international market knowledge of new ventures, with personal social capital carrying particular weight. This paper finally argues that the mediating effect of international market knowledge plays a dominant role in how social capital affects the internationalizing performance of new ventures.
