摘 要: 为了实现某回收式测量系统对飞行试验中多路ICP数据进行高精度、高速采集的功能,根据测量系统的技术要求,设计数据采集装置的硬件电路和时序控制逻辑;装置采用高速运放OPA4340对信号进行运放调理,使用LTC1569对信号进行高精度的滤波处理,以FPGA作为逻辑控制器,控制采集通道的切换和AD7667进行模数转换;经测试,该装置采集精度达到千分之一,完全满足实际工程需要,具有很高的可靠性,已成功应用于某回收式测量系统。 In order to achieve the function of a recovery measurement system for high--precision, high--speed acquisition for Multi-- channel ICP data in the flight test, according to the technical requirements of the measurement system, designing the hardware circuit and timing control logic of the data acquisition device. The device uses high--speed op amp 0PA4340 right signal for op amp and LTC1569 on the filter processing of the signal with high precision, to the FPGA as a logic controller to control the switching of the acquisition channels and the AD7667 analog to digital conversion. After testing, acquisition accuracy of one--thousandth of the device is fully meet the needs of prac- tical engineering, high reliability, and has been successfully applied to the measurement of a recovery system.
