摘 要: 随着社会管理创新的不断深入,社会创业组织正快速发展,绩效评估体系亟待完善。通过整合经典绩效评估理论与方法,构建绩效评估体系,利用模糊层次分析法(FAHP)确定绩效指标权重,并运用该体系对小额信贷企业进行实证分析,证明绩效评估体系的可行性与有效性,对社会创业组织的发展提供建议。 With the deepening of the innovation of social management, social entrepreneurship has made rapid development, but it is necessary to reform the performance evaluation system. By integrating classic theory and method, performance evaluation system is constructed. FAHP is used to determine the index weight, and micro -finance enterprise is used by the system for the empirical analysis, which proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the evaluation system and provides suggestions on the development of social entrepreneurship organizations.
