摘　　要： 新加坡在公共住房方面取得了举世瞩目的成就，解决全国百分之八十以上人口的居住问题，但这种成就并非一蹴而就。本文介绍了新加坡组屋的发展历程，总结其在政府机构、土地政策、新镇规划、组屋管理、价格制定等方面的成功经验，为我国社会保障性住房建设提供借鉴作用。 In public housing in Singapore has made remarkable achievements, More than eighty percent of the country to solve the housing problem of the population, but this is not an easy achievement. This article describes the development process in Singapore HDB summarized in government agencies, land policy, new town, HDB management, pricing and other aspects of a successful experience for construction of affordable housing in our society to provide reference.
