摘　　要： 学科FAQ系统不同于一般的信息服务,它具有鲜明的个性。根据学科FAQ的这一特点,在软件工程学科中有针对性的设计了知识库和相关算法,给出了知识库的主要结构,对问题预处理和分词检索算法进行了阐述并给出了主要实现步骤。 Subject FAQ system is different from the general information service,because it has distinct characteristic.We design the knowledge base and algorithms in the software engineering subject according to the characteristics of subject FAQ.The main structure of the knowledge base is given.The preprocessing and segmentation search algorithm are described.The main steps of implementation are given.
