摘　　要： 完善我国文化产业政策,直接关乎文化产业乃至国民经济能否又好又快发展。我国的文化产业政策具有引导文化产业的发展方向、规范文化市场竞争秩序、扶持文化企业的技术创新、保护和开发国有文化资源等方面的功能。当前我国文化产业政策存在政策设计缺乏整体协调性、政策制定缺乏针对性、政策取向具有偏向性、政策框架结构失衡等问题。应从深化文化管理体制改革、调整文化产业政策目标和政策取向、优化文化产业政策结构等方面入手,完善我国的文化产业政策。 To perfect Chinese cultural industry policies is directly related to sound and fast development of cultur- al industry and national economy. China＇s cultural industry policies could guide the direction of the development of cultural industry. It also could standardize the competitive order of cultural market. It still supports the tech- nological innovation of cultural enterprise. Meanwhile, it could protect and explore state-owned cultural re- sources. In the present, there are some problems in Chinese cultural industry policies, such as the lack of overall coordination in policy design, the lack of pertinence in policymaking, the bias of policy orientation; the imbal- ance of policy framework, etc.. In order to perfect Chlnese cultural industry policies, it is important to deepen the reform of cultural management system and optimize the structure of cultural industry policies. The weight should also be given to adjust the policy goals and policy orientation.
