摘 要: 采用水热法制备出了大小均匀、分散性好的球形纳米银粒子,并研究了其对未水洗羽毛的抗菌性能。结果表明:纳米银对羽毛表面细菌具有较高的抗菌活性,当纳米银粒子浓度为1.8μg/mL时,漂洗液中90%以上的细菌已经被杀灭,浓度大于18μg/mL时,对细菌的杀死率可达100%。 Silver nanoparticles with uniform size.singly dispersion and spherical shape were synthesized by hydrothermal method, and its antibacterial property for unwashed feathers was studied. The results showed that the silver nanoparticles had a high antibacterial activity for the bacteria on feather surface, and the bacteria were completely killed when the concentration of the silver nanoparticles was above 18 μg/mL.
