摘 要: 利用Ansys软件对内排屑深孔钻头进行热工分析,给出深孔钻头刀面切削温度与转速、进给量成正比的变化曲线,据此提出深孔钻头的控制方法:用压缩空气作冷却介质,采取刀具的转速控制和刀具的进给控制联合控制方式来配合刀具的降温要求,达到刀具的理想控温效果。 The article makes a thermal analysis on dry deep-hole drill by using Ansys software.The change curve is given that the deep hole drill flank of cutting temperature is proportional to rotational speed and feed rate directly,it puts forward the control method of deep hole drill that is the compressed air is used as cooling medium to meet the tool cooling requirement with the combining mode by tool rotational speed control and tool feed control,so as to achieve the ideal cooling effect.
