摘　　要： 本研究对我国中小板上市公司现金股利政策影响因素进行实证分析,结果表明,公司盈利能力、资本结构等基本特征对现金股利水平具有重要影响,公司治理特征中的控制人持股水平及监督环境也对现金股利发放有显著关系,而行业整体盈利能力未使现金股利水平受影响. This research makes an empirical analysis of the influential factors for the cash dividend policies of SME board listed companies. The result shows that the basic features such as company profitability and capital structure have a significant effect on cash dividends. In addition,among the corporate governance characters, controller ownership and regulatory environment have a remarkable effect on paying cash dividends. This research also finds out that the overall industrial profitability has no impact on cash dividends.
