摘　　要： 项目管理系统是为了使项目能够按照预定的成本、进度、质量顺利完成而对人员、产品、过程和项目进行分析和管理的工具。基于Java平台B/S架构的项目管理软件系统实现了资源管理、交付管理、TIMESHEET管理、系统管理等功能。用户可以随时通过浏览器访问系统进行信息查询和维护。系统对用户录入的基础信息进行处理之后,不同角色的用户可以看到人员、项目、费用、机构等分析结果的相关图表展示。该系统的应用对项目信息同步和透明化、人员和项目的毛利率等数据的统计分析有重要意义。 Project management system is a tool to analyze and manage personnel, the product, process and project in order to complete a project according to planned cost, speed and quality. The project management software system is based on the Java platform B/S structure, achieving the following management functions： resource management, delivery management, TIMESHEET management, system management. Users can visit the system through a browser to do the information query and maintenance. After the system processes information input by the users, the different users can see the results of the analysis of the personnel, projects, costs, and institutions and their charts. Therefore, the system is important for synchronization data and transparency of project information, and statistical analysis of personnel and the gross profit of oroiect.
