摘　　要： 通过"专本衔接"构建现代职业教育体系,培养高端的涂料技术人才。该文以仲恺农业工程学院应用化学专业与顺德职业技术学院应用化工技术专业(涂料方向)"专本衔接"培养4年制本科涂料高端技术人才作为案例,分析这种新型的人才培养模式和人才培养规格要求,确定高级技术技能型人才的协同培养目标、人才培养方案和专业课程体系设置,以及实施过程中可能存在的问题。 Through the joint education and new education system by universities and colleges, the coating talents with high innovative ability will be developed. Taking the ＂joint education＂ as an example between applied chemistry specialty of Zhongkai Agricultural Engineering Institute and application chemical engineering （coating） of Shunde Polytechnic, the new education mode and education specifications are analyzed; the education goal and the corresponding professional curriculum system settings are determined, and the problems during the implementation process are also discussed.
