摘　　要： 工学结合是工作和学习相结合的教育模式，要求学校与企业紧密联系，注重学生的工作过程知识的培养。高职院校内涵的提升，必须以工学结合为切入点，促使院校在专业建设、实践体系、管理制度和人才培养的建设与发展方面承担服务经济和现代产业体系，适应区域经济特色，才能真正的培养出高端技能型专门人才。 Combining work and learning,work--integrated learning pattern requires institutes and enterprises are in close contact,and focus on the process of knowledge training.connotation of higher vocational colleges must be enhanced,and treated as a starting point. Schools should construction and development of serv＇ice economy and take a modern industrial system,adapted to the regional economic characteristics in the specialty construction,practice system,management system and personnel training,in order to cultivate high real skilled talents.
