摘 要: 硬脆材料的应用需求日趋强烈,旋转超声加工技术被视为其最佳的制造工艺手段之一,而国内旋转超声加工机床的核心技术相对滞后。针对三轴数控旋转超声加工机床进行了系统研究,提出了一种工具头振动和工作台振动的新型结构机床,并研制出一台旋转超声加工专机。该机床可实现超声磨削、超声铣削、超声钻削和传统的拷贝式超声加工等功能。在系统工艺实验的基础上,总结出了最优的工艺参数规律,并进行大量的验证性超声加工实验,加工出了陶瓷材料、磁性材料、大理石和玻璃材料等工件,形状特征包括复杂三维型腔、异形盲孔等,验证了该机床的良好性能。 Brittle materials are widely used in many fields, and rotary ultrasonic machining (RUM) is regarded as one of the best manufacturing processes, however, the key technologies in this kind of machining tool are undeveloped in China. The three axis computer numerical control RUM machining tool is developed, with a new structure of tool vibration and worktable vibration in this paper. The machining tool can complete ultrasonic grinding, ultrasonic milling, ultrasonic drilling, and copy type ultrasonic machining. After the optimal process parameters are achieved, a lot of feasibility experiments are carried out on ceramic, magnetic material, marble, and glass. The machining tool's excellent performances are verified by machining the workpieces with complex 3D cavities and irregular blind holes.
