摘 要: 采用了火焰原子吸收分光光度法(AAS)浓度直读法对镉的标准溶液进行测量,研究了不同的测量读数次数和测量时间对镉溶出量的影响.结果表明:测量读数次数为3次和测量时间为1 s为最佳的测量读数次数和测量时间.对比了浓度直读法和标准加入法实验结果的各项评价指标,探讨了试样基体对镉元素测量的影响.依据ASTM C738-94对日用陶瓷镉溶出量的要求,采用浓度直读法所获得的检测结果在灵敏度、精密度和准确度等方面都要较好的表现;对实验数据及结果进行分析发现,试样基体对镉的检测并不存在明显的物理或化学干扰. The content of cadmium in standard solution was determined by flame atomic absorption spec- trometry (AAS) with direct-reading concentration method. The effect of the different reading times and the measuring time on the quantity of cadmium dissolution was studied. The result showed that the best reading times and the measuring time are 3 times and ls respectively. The research made a comparison between the evaluation indicators of the experimental result of the direct-reading concentration method and those of the standard addition method. And it discussed the influence produced by the sample substrate upon the measure- ment of cadmium. According to the requirements of ASTM C738-94 for domestic ceramic, the testing result obtained by using direct - reading concentration method performed well in sensibility, precision and accuracy. Detailed analysis of the experimental data and results indicates that there exists no apparent physical or chemi- cal interference of sample substrate to the determination of cadmium.
