摘　　要： 本文以建构主义翻译观为指导理论,结合具体的外宣文本翻译实例,提出我国外宣文本汉英翻译应当采取的几种策略,以及合格的外宣翻译译员所应具备的基本素养,以期能够在一定程度上改善和促进外宣文本汉英翻译的质量与效果,更好地达到外事沟通的目的。 Through a detailed discussion on Constructive Theory,this paper tries to propose that translation stratigies from the constructivist perspective can help preserve and reproduce the typical expressions with Chinese characteristics in publicity text translation. Translators should take propriate translation strategies from a constructive perspective while seeking expected translation effect.
