摘 要: 针对海上砂岩油藏注聚井长效防砂与聚合物低剪切注入的核心要求,在对注聚井防砂工艺分析的基础上,结合海上油藏条件,优选滤砂管防砂作为海上注聚井防砂工艺;并设计了一种适合聚合物低剪切注入的新型滤砂管,该滤砂管通过系列绕丝形成防砂屏障,同时通过绕丝内置、里窄外宽的缝隙,便于聚合物低剪切注入的同时,也防止聚合物在筛管上的堵塞,保障注聚井长效运行。 Aiming at the requirements of long-term sand control and polymer low shearing,and analyzing the conventional sand control technology of polymer injection well,combining the the features of offshore sandstone reservoir,the screen control sand was selected as the sand control technology of polymer injection well.A new kind of screen suited for polymer low shearing injection was developed.The control sand principle of the screen was that series of wrapping wire formed sand control barrier and that the structure of wrapping wire was inner narrow and width outer,which was beneficial to low sheari
