微波处理对烟叶微观组织结构的影响

摘  要: 为研究微波处理对烟叶微观组织结构的影响,采用冷场电子扫描技术以放大500~3 000倍的方式对不同微波时间和环境相对湿度下处理的烟叶表面及断面进行观察。结果表明,微波处理后烟叶表面褶皱展开;组织结构膨胀充分,有孔隙舒展;导管内壁表面粗糙,纤维束之间有微隙。环境湿度和微波处理时间对微波效果有重要影响。微波处理时间为6 min时烟叶膨胀效果最佳,无结构坍塌现象;环境湿度在50%时膨胀率最大,膨胀效果明显。从烟草组织结构角度来看,在卷烟工艺中微波处理工序有必要对烟叶湿度、微波时间等操作条件进行细致控制。 To study the influence of microwave treatment on microstructure of tobacco, surface and section of tobacco treated by microwave under different humidity conditions and different treating tiros was observed by scanning electron microscope with amplification ratio of 500-3 000. The results showed that leaf surface fold of tobacco expanded, organizational structure expanded abundantly with hole stretched, the inwall surface of pipe was rough, and there were microgaps among celluloses, after treated by microwave. Moreover, humidity and microwave treatment time had significant influence on effect of microwave. Results from single-factor experiments indicated that tobacco expansion had the best effect when microwave treatment time was 6 rain, expansion rate was the highest when humidity was 50%. Considering from the aspect of microstructure of tobacco humidity, microwave treating time should be controlled more finely in cigarette making process.
