摘　　要： 本文从经济增长理论出发,结合技能溢价理论与国际技术扩散理论,构建了技术溢出视角下的我国技能溢价模型,接着利用我国与主要贸易投资伙伴1990-2010年的数据,实证分析和检验了国外技术溢出与技能溢价的变动关系。研究发现:我国自主创新能明显地改善我国技能溢价的现象;通过进口方式获得的国外有效技术溢出明显缩小我国的技能溢价现象;然而,FDI、国外专利申请与信息技术的技术溢出与技能溢价呈现正相关关系;技能劳动力的相对需求的增加也会提高技能劳动力的相对工资,提高我国工资不平等。 Beginning with the theory of economic growth in this paper, and combing the skill premium theory with the international technology diffusion theory, we build the skill premium model in the perspective of the technology spillovers. Then we empirical analysis and testing the relationship between foreign technology spillovers and the skill premium by use of the data from 1990 to 2010 , from China and our major trade and investment partners. The study found that： Our independent innovation can significantly improve our skill premium phenomenon; The foreign technology spillovers could significantly narrow the skill premium phenomenon in China by importing; However, technology spillovers from the FDI, the foreign patent applications and IT positively correlated with skill premium; The relative increase in demand for skilled labor will also increase the relative wages of skilled labor, to enhance the wage inequality in China.
