摘　　要： 本文着重分析了当代旅游业对旅游管理人才素质的要求 ,分析了旅游管理教育教学的现状及存在问题 ,提出了提高旅游专业教学质量的新思路。 This paper analyzed the requirement of the talent quality of tourist management of the current tourism and the status and problems existing in the education of tourist management. It put forward some new ideas of improving the educational quality of the tourism major.
